Hi, I'm Shelia Carroll--a certified Master Life, Career and Business Coach, entrepreneur, and encourager at heart.  For nearly 40 years, I've walked a challenging yet rewarding personal journey and that experience shaped my passion for helping others achieve their dreams.

Over the years, I've helped launch and expand multiple small businesses, guide individuals into meaningful side hustles, and supported professionals as they transitioned into new careers or retirement ventures.  I know first-hand that starting something new can feel overwhelming, but with the right tools, encouragement, and accountability, you can move from ideas to action with confidence.

What makes my coaching services unique and different from other life and business coaches?  

I use a faith-based, Kingdom-focused approach in my coaching.  I don't just coach clients for success (even though that is a definitely a significant priority), I also coach for alignment with God's purpose for each and every client I work with.  Every strategy, whether for life goals or business growth, is rooted in biblical wisdom, and Kingdom impact. 

Many coaches focus on one lane:  either personal growth or entrepreneurship.  I merge both--helping every day, ordinary, hard-working people navigate seasons of life AND build income streams, businesses, or careers that thrive in spite of challenges.

I've walked the walk.  I bring real business-building experience to my coaching services, not just theory.  This means my coaching is more practical and results driven.

I position myself differently than many high-ticket coaches.  I offer practical, results-oriented coaching that's accessible to everyday people.  That means anyone with the desire to grow, and the right mindset can invest in themselves without breaking the bank and achieve success.

I uniquely blend structured goal setting (SMART methodologies) with faith-driven action steps.  Clients don't just set goals-- they learn how to attach mustard seed faith and practical strategies to see real transformation.

As a certified life, business and career coach, I combine faith-based guidance with proven strategies to help clients overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create income streams that align with God-given purpose.

Life is tough sometimes.  Many of my clients face challenges that have the potential to adversely impact growth strategies and goals.  As a certified professional life coach, that means I can assist with navigating difficult seasons of life as well.  Specialized coaching certifications in grief recovery, relationships, goal success, trauma-informed, mental health first response, spiritual first aid response and others allow me to do this.  I can coach the whole person, not just in their careers and business development needs if desired.  Real world experience guides every aspect of my coaching services.  

I coach dreamers, doers, and difference-makers to rise above fear, build businesses with purpose, and transform their lives through faith-led action and smart planning.

Whether someone is a single mom seeking supplemental income, a retiree launching a small business, or an established business owner needing a rebrand or fresh ideas for business expansion, I've built programs and services that meet you right where you are.

When I'm not coaching, you'll often find me creating resources, writing, or cheering on my husband in his business.  Or you might find me volunteering in various church ministries.

A former widow and long-term caregiver, I recently remarried to my husband Caleb and I have two (2) grown children as well as a ginger cat named Giocoso (aka "Gio").  I enjoy playing the piano, singing, choral directing, event marketing and organization activities.   

As a continual life-long learner, I have achieved many professional certifications that have helped me advance my career and continually aspire to even greater professional success within the regulatory, healthcare and post-secondary education fields.  I believe that every season of life carries potential for transformation--and I'd be honored to walk alongside you in yours. I'm ready to put my knowledge and experience to work for you!
